Conflict of Interest Policy

The main objective of the cdbbank’s ‘Conflicts of Interest Policy’ is to establish, implement and maintain effective policies for the identification, prevention and management of conflicts of interest and to comply with the relevant legal and regulatory framework.

The Bank’s objective is to manage conflicts of interest fairly, both between itself and its Clients as well as between its Clients themselves. The Group is responsible for ensuring that its systems, controls and procedures are adequate to identify and manage conflicts of interest.

The policy describes all the necessary measures to identify, prevent and manage existing and potential conflicts of interest. To achieve this, the Group has implemented effective organisational structures and administrative procedures particularly for the prevention and the proper management of conflicts of interest.
